Arabic Immersion Teacher
We are currently seeking an experienced, warm, and fun Arabic Teacher who is passionate about nurturing the linguistic growth of young children in a beautiful, peaceful environment.
Requirements:
Native-level fluency in Arabic: Ability to model rich, accurate, and conversational language effortlessly throughout the day.
Commitment to 100% Language Immersion: Deep understanding of natural language acquisition, utilizing Total Physical Response (TPR), expressive gestures, songs, and contextual clues.
Early Childhood Experience (Toddler and Primary): A joyful, animated, and patient presence with a firm grasp on how children in the "Absorbent Mind" phase naturally absorb language through action and daily routines.
Montessori Alignment: Ability to seamlessly weave spoken Arabic into the rhythm of the Montessori work cycle—from Practical Life activities (like preparing snacks) to exploring the nature playground—without disrupting the peaceful focus of the classroom.
Note: Formal Montessori certification is not required, but an open mindset and a strong desire to embrace child-led, hands-on learning over "traditional" desk-and-worksheet teaching is essential!
