Enrollment in 4 Simple Steps

Choosing the right environment for your child is a big decision, and we want the path to get there to feel simple, not overwhelming. Enrollment at our Sterling campus is first come, first served, and it takes just four steps.

Step 1: Request Tuition Information

Visit our tuition page to request our tuition information — it will be sent straight to your inbox.

Step 2: Schedule a Tour

Schedule an appointment to come see our environments in person. A tour is the best way to experience the calm, purposeful spirit of a Montessori classroom firsthand and to picture your child in it.

Step 3: Submit an Application

Once you've toured Aya, you're welcome to submit your application along with a $100 non-refundable application fee.

• Primary applicants (ages 3–6) must be fully bathroom independent.

• Kindergarten applicants must have prior Montessori experience.

Step 4: Receive a Decision

We'll follow up with a decision within two weeks of your completed application — no long wait, no guesswork.

Step 5: Accept Your Spot

Once accepted, welcoming your child into the Aya family is easy:

• We'll send over your paperwork — health forms, emergency contacts, birth certificate, and any relevant medical or developmental forms.

• You'll schedule a 1:1 with our School Director to walk through everything and answer any questions.

• A deposit equal to two weeks of tuition secures your child's spot, and it's applied toward your last two weeks of enrollment.

• You'll receive a welcome packet with everything you need to know about your child's environment.

• Before the school year begins, you'll join us for Parent Orientation, in person or self-paced.
