post-Graduation Montessori Training Sponsorship
Starting in the 2025/2026 school year, Aya Montessori is offering a special opportunity for recent Montessori graduates.
If you graduated in 2024 or 2025, or if you’re set to graduate this summer, you may be eligible for retrospective sponsorship, which means Aya will help cover the cost of your Montessori training after graduation.

How does Post-Graduation sponsorship work?
Post-graduation sponsorship means that for candidates who meet the conditions below, Aya Montessori will reimburse part or all of the tuition paid for their Montessori diploma training.
What are the requirements for this sponsorship?
To qualify, the candidate must:
Be graduating this summer or have graduated in 2024 or 2025 from an AMI Primary Diploma program or an AMI/AMS Elementary Diploma program (Lower Elementary level only)
Apply for and be hired as a Guide at Aya Montessori
Commit to working at Aya for three full academic years, while maintaining good standing, demonstrating high performance, and following all school and state policies
Be a native English speaker and comfortable working in Aya’s culturally diverse community
Be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to complete all required background checks and state-mandated clearances
What is covered in the payment?
Once all of the above conditions are met, Aya Montessori will reimburse the candidate for tuition payments made directly to the Montessori training center (up to a maximum of $15,000).
Reimbursement is paid in three equal installments, with one-third paid at the end of each successfully completed academic year.
The candidate will need to provide proof of payment to the training center and sign a commitment agreement outlining the terms of the sponsorship. The agreement includes a clear opt-out clause with guidelines for early termination. If a candidate chooses to leave before completing the three years.
